$125 private-pay; insurance co-pay dependent on plan.
Not at this time; virtual throughout Colorado. We will meet face-to-face using a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
Typically 50-60 minutes.
It’s a 15-minute, no-obligation phone call that gives us a chance to talk about what you’re looking for, ask questions, and see whether it feels like we’d be a good fit.
The first session is a conversation. We’ll talk more in-depth about what brought you in, your history, what you’ve tried before, and what you’re hoping therapy can actually do for you. I’ll listen more than I talk, but I’ll also ask plenty of questions so I can start understanding the bigger picture. You don’t need to have your goals perfectly figured out before we start. We’ll make sense of where things are and where you want to go together.
Absolutely not.

Yes. I offer virtual therapy for couples throughout Colorado. We can work on communication, recurring conflict, disconnection, trust, major transitions, or patterns that keep playing out between you. The goal isn’t to decide who’s right; it’s to understand what’s happening between you and find a different way forward.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will incur a $75 late cancellation/no-show fee.
Free consult → scheduling → paperwork → first session.
