You don’t have to have it all figured out to take the next right step.

Compassionate, practical therapy for trauma, addiction, life transitions, relationships, and the complicated parts of being human.

Virtual individual and couples therapy throughout Colorado.

Therapy for the complicated parts of being human.

Maybe you’ve been carrying something for a long time. Maybe you know exactly what needs to change but can’t seem to make it stick. Or maybe you’re not even sure what the problem is; you just know something isn’t working.

Therapy doesn’t have to mean sitting in a room endlessly talking about how you feel while the person across from you just sits there and nods. We’ll get curious about what’s underneath the patterns, make sense of how they developed, and figure out what actually helps you move forward.

If you’ve tried therapy before and walked away thinking, “Yeah, that didn’t really do anything for me,” you’re welcome here too.

We might be a good fit if…

You’ve done therapy before, but it never quite got to the root of things.

You’re carrying trauma, addiction, impulsivity, anxiety, or a mix of things that don’t fit neatly into one box.

You understand your patterns intellectually and still feel stuck in them.

You want a therapist who is warm and human, but who will also challenge you when it matters.

What we can work on together

You don’t need to fit neatly into a box to come to therapy. We can start with what’s getting in the way and figure out what needs attention from there.

Trauma & the past

Trauma, difficult childhood experiences, relationship wounds, and experiences that still affect how you see yourself or move through the world.

Addiction & impulsivity

Substance use, risky or impulsive behaviors, relapse patterns, shame, and understanding what those behaviors have been doing for you.

Anxiety, mood & life changes

Anxiety, depression, stress, identity, relationships, major transitions, and those periods when you know something needs to change but aren’t sure what.

Most people bring more than one thing into therapy. We’ll work with the whole picture.

Hi, I’m Savannah.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor providing virtual therapy for adults throughout Colorado.

I’m not interested in reducing you to a label or handing you generic coping skills and calling it therapy. I want to understand how your mind works, what shaped the patterns you’re stuck in, and what might actually help you move forward.

My style is warm, collaborative, direct when it needs to be, and occasionally a little humorous. You don’t have to perform, have the right words, or show up as the most put-together version of yourself here.

Ready to see if we’re a good fit?

You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on before reaching out. A free 15-minute consultation gives us a chance to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
